I searched everywhere for a binder to give me the results with my home sewing machine that I had obtained with a professional binding machine.
You will love the results you get with this attachment. I use mine with my Bernina machines, but the mounting plate can be made to attach to any machine that has the 2 mounting holes to the right of the needle. I use my Walking Foot/Even Feed Foot for my machine model (to help you feed the quilt, placemat, etc, through the binder). The regular pressure foot works well on projects that do not have much thickness to them. The binders are priced below. This price includes the sixth finger stiletto (to help you thread the fabric into the binder), mounting screws to attach the binder to the machine and shipping and handling.
